Coaching Services

In order to cater for every rider, we have developed three-tiers of coaching levels. When selecting a program level, it is a good idea to consider your goals, your requirement for contact with the coach, and goals for the upcoming season. All programs are run through TrainingPeaks software, which feature a solid analytics platform to assess and analyse progress frequently throughout the season. For silver and gold program-athletes working with power, we use the WKO4 software for micro and macro program analysis.

Shred Starter (Bronze)

The Shred Starter program is perfect for the cyclist seeking structure and consistency with their training in order to increase their general fitness or in the lead up to a goal event. Shred starter is the first step in cycling coaching and features an individualised program, access to TrainingPeaks software and guide to training and nutrition documents. Program is delivered monthly and there is a three-month minimum commitment, invoiced monthly. The Shred Starter program allows monthly emails to coach and providing feedback via email monthly, in order to discuss their training and progression. 

Nek Level Program (Silver)

The Nek Level program is our recommended base program for athletes and features more guidance and frequent input from the coach. In addition to the individualised program on TrainingPeaks, Nek Level program features monthly feedback on athlete progression and analysis of training via athlete-initiated phone call or email (please email to book in). Working closely with the coach, the Nek Level program allows for program adjustments fortnightly in order to achieve the best outcome for racing and training goals.

Furthermore, the coach will work with the athlete to develop a pre-race routine and other psychology tips and tricks to get the best out of their racing; as well as general nutrition guidance. Nek level program also allows access to Strava club and assistance where possible at selected events.

The program is delivered and invoiced monthly with a three-month commitment.

Top Step Program (Gold)

The Top Step program is for athletes looking for more the top level of coaching available. In addition to the individualised program on TrainingPeaks, Top Step program features more guidance including fortnightly athlete-initiated phone call and weekly email with coach with progress updates and data analysis and weekly updates of power-based zones based on data modelling with WKO4 software (please email to book calls). Working closely with the coach, the Top Step program allows for weekly program adjustments in order to achieve the best outcome for racing and training goals. 

Furthermore, the coach will work with the athlete to develop a pre-race routine and other psychology tips and tricks to get the best out of their racing; as well as specific nutrition assessment and guidance.

Nek level program also allows access to Strava club and assistance where possible at selected events.
